Design Clarity

You don’t need a designer for the whole project. You just need one at the right moment.

Design Clarity is a focused 90-minute session for the homeowner who enjoys being involved in the design process, is comfortable managing much of the project themselves, but has reached a decision where another experienced perspective would be valuable.

Perhaps you’re confident in your selections but questioning how they work together. Maybe you’re struggling with a layout, scale, proportion, materials, color, lighting or another detail that just isn’t resolving. Or perhaps you simply want an experienced designer to look at what you’ve created so far and help you determine what you’re not seeing.

This is where we step in.

During your Design Clarity session, we’ll look at your project as a whole, talk through the decisions in front of you and use our experience to help identify possibilities, concerns and connections you may not have considered.

Make the most of your 90 minutes

This service is intentionally collaborative, and you own the 90 minutes. The more prepared you are, the more we can accomplish together.

Before your session, gather the information that will help us quickly understand your project and your questions. This might include:

  • Floor plans, elevations or measurements

  • Photos of the space

  • Inspiration images

  • Material or finish selections

  • Furniture or lighting you’re considering

  • Contractor information or relevant project details

  • A list of the decisions or questions you’d like to address

You don’t need to have everything figured out. That’s part of why we’re meeting. But coming prepared with the questions that are keeping you up at night allows us to spend our time where it will be most valuable.
