As an Associate Designer at Carlisle Design Interiors & Consulting, she supports residential and commercial projects with a service-driven approach shaped by her background in hospitality, where attention to detail, clear communication, and seamless execution are essential. Working closely with clients, builders, and vendors, Erica helps ensure each project unfolds with intention, professionalism, and care.
Erica is actively involved throughout the design process, contributing to concept development, material and finish selections, sourcing, and presentation preparation, while also supporting the coordination and logistics that bring designs to life. Her ability to anticipate needs, manage details, and maintain a steady presence allows both clients and the design team to move through complex decisions with confidence and ease. She understands that a successful project is defined not only by its final aesthetic, but by the experience of getting there.
